Based on the title I was expecting something that tried to justify a belief that distant galaxies had neural networks in them somehow.
- That's how I read it too. If the title was "Astronomers find distant galaxy with organic compounds" I wouldn't bat an eye.
- Ditto. I was expecting Futurama God.
