I love this meme and been a punk my whole life but "punk" is not the clothes you wear or the music you listen to or any of that shit. The scene in this movie explains it well. Punk isn't fashion, it's a way of life. Again, I love the meme. Hate the modern definition of punk.

He's just explaining that he is a punk but doesn't look like one. There's more to it but I couldn't find a better clip. He's not violent just to be he's standing up for his friends.
