Why tax a low cost eco friendly car alternative? It seems like the kind of thing we should encourage to reduce the traffic and emissions problems.

Yea having to do paperwork and keep registration docs is way better than just slapping $20 on my property taxes. Great idea fellas.
- And it wouldn't be anywhere near $20. There's no way this idiotic tax will raise that much revenue.
