- Does CBT cure PTSD, or does it cause PTSD?

  I tried rubbing CBT oil on my feet to help with my anxiety. I couldn't walk right and was peeing blood for weeks.

A Klingon is the only counsellor with the relevant experience to treat O'Brien

DS9 would be at 699.94% efficiency with this crew!
- Yeah, but they'd have to deal with a 3,556.23% increase in irish drinking songs.

  It sounds like it wouldn't be very effective, but he manages to make it quite therapeutic
- Imagine if we used EMH tech to put him on every ship- THAT would improve the fleet unquestionably.

I wish there was a series with Colm as Captain O'Brien! But he was in Star Trek from the TNG pilot up to the DS9 finale, I imagine he was sick of it once that finished up.
- In order for O'Brien to become a Captain he would have had to become a commissioned officer instead of an enlistedman, and you just know he'd never do that.
  
  It'd mean having to dress up on those awful formal uniforms.
  
  Doesn’t have to be Federation. He could be a captain of his own ship.
