Health and Human Services Department makes $25K buyout offer to most of its employees

Disgusting. Sure, it sounds like a good idea at first but there is no precedence for anything like this in the federal government that will hold Trump to it. 25k per employee is a LOT of money that the government already doesn’t have.

I hope none of them take it, because I doubt they'll see that money.
