Ordo Iuris is an extremist organisation backed by Kremlin. . Someone already had a court case for saying that publically but the court, after weighing all the evidence, deemed this description as accurate and dismissed the case.

Maybe you want to wait and see how their stuff plays out in the US before doing the same thing yourself.
You might decide that you don't like it much.

So they want to quit the EU and remain on the COE, but still get bailed out by countries that can actually pull their weight.
