I always loved their design, how is the quality?

IMHO, Thule builds and sells by far the best hitch bike racks: they are easy to mount, easy to use, sometimes with only one hand, and they are very secure. I've been using two of them for 15 years (one-bike and 3-bike), and I never encounter any problem.

Highest quality stuff, at least here in Canada, and they sure know how to charge for it!
