THERE ARE FOUR SHIFTS
- Lol I had the exact same thought but Picard would know that there are only 3 shifts.

Two shift is where its at. Four day weekends twice a month!
- Two shifts means you are working half the time.
  
  3 on 4 off, then 4 on 3 off. If you just want to work and sleep, then not work, its the way to be.
