Traitorapist Trump is literally trying to replicate this. Trump body count keeps going up and up.
He makes no attempt to hide his hatred for people with disabilities. He wants them locked away or dead.

Just looked up what states with the highest Medicaid matches and Mississippi is it. Alaska is also very dependent on Medicaid but they spend a lot more of their oil money on it than the federal cash. Either way, they're attacking Medicaid users and not Medicare users for a reason.
