Next GrapheneOS Release To Support Toggling Google Credential Service

Our next OS release has support for enabling and using Google's credential service via sandboxed Google Play by making it an unprivileged service. This has become a requirement for the "Sign in with Google" option in a subset of apps although most provide a least one alternative.
