Without watching the actual video and only seeing the still images of this, I wondered if it was just a picture snapped at the right moment to take out of context. Watching the video shows that it was a VERY intentional gesture.

Hitler did not do it with an "about to shout fuck you" expression on his face, so obviously Hitler was a moderate in comparison.
