'Thank you, thank you. As you know I've suffered for my art'
4 0 ReplyCongratulations! He represents two things I love very much ... Star Trek and Ireland. He is also someone that represents a generation as we've seen him and grown familiar with him through so many appearances in TV and movies over the years.
15 0 ReplyOh no! You can’t break the laws of physic; O’Brien MUST suffer! Take it away before the universe suffers a subspace quasar tachyon inversion burst collapse to the hull or something. 😉
3 0 ReplyHis imdb page is suprisingly prolific https://m.imdb.com/name/nm0000538/ 151 roles since 1973 is a pretty damn good run.

I loved him in Layer Cake where he plays the opposite of Miles O'Brien.
9 0 ReplyThe first thing I ever saw him in was “Intermission”, so you can imagine my shock upon discovering him on Trek a couple years ago.
4 0 ReplyFirst time I saw him outside Star Trek was in a Scarlett O'Hara TV miniseries.
Imagine my surprise when he's driving her around in a horse and buggy: an olde time transporter chief!
1 0 ReplyThat was such a good movie. I must give it a rewatch.
