So, it's the story of a narcissistic (actually, very narcissistic) and childish girl who’s upset because she’s not getting the attention she thinks she deserves?
- Sort of, but not really.
  She's desperately insecure, inexperienced and naive, and surprisingly sweet, and the whole narcissistic school idol thing is a front that's going to come crashing down.
  
  A lot of narcissistic traits also appear within codependent people, she's probably codependent?

Maybe it's my fault for expecting a fundamentally different anime, but the entire time I kept thinking about how much better this would be if our male lead actually didn't like our female lead at all - if he was actually impervious to her charms and she had to learn to be a decent person and engage with him on his terms in order to get him to warm up to her. Instead, I was left wondering if there's anything that would motivate her to change, because wow she's spoiled and egotistical. It seems like this is just a setup to generate ecchi scenes where the audience can imagine what it's like to be sexually harassed by a hot girl, which is very much not for me. Still, the jokes did often land and it was fairly engaging (though also irritating), so I give the premiere a 3/5. I won't be returning, though, lol.
