Is this not standard Chinese building practices? I saw a docu on this when building infrastructure for the silk road projects. It is not OK in any way, and should be stopped, but should also be expected.
- Even if it is standard practice in China, it isn't in Brazil. China needs to learn that their laws are not global laws.
