Microsoft can now go ahead and close its giant deal.

My default stance is that consolidation is bad, but Blizzard can't get much worse right now.
- From my experience the whole reason Blizzard has gotten bad is because they wanted to be an attractive sale.
  
  Businesses often get really terrible before a sale or IPO.
