So they're going to keep trying the same failed techniques that they've been trying for the last several years?
- Exactly. The GOP has been dysfunctional for years and the democrats have yet to capitalize on it.
  
  I can't decide if the right reply is "the dysfunction is coming from inside the house" or "being dysfunctional might be the right time to say both sides"

If they are smart, they'll be publishing Universal Healthcare bills in the next couple weeks.
