How does Valve still operate Steam in Russia? I thought it might have gotten caught in one of the billion sanctions US put on Russia.
- Can't buy things directly - have to either indirectly put money into the Steam account, or to indirectly buy things through other storefronts. Some items are banned in Russia by the decision of the owners of those items.
  Can still use the software itself to browse things and use your library.
