Does this mean the public transit works now?
- Actually that I doubt it (in the sense you can enter the NCART and move around, like maybe GTA 4).
  
  Yeah, it still doesn't work. Which is strange, because they got flak for showing public transit in the original trailer but having non-functioning transit in game. Then they revamped everything and once again showed public transit in the trailer -- and still, no transit in game. Boggles the mind.
