Elysian production facility in Georgetown shut down by Anheuser-Busch after unionizing

Anheuser-Busch accused of retaliation for Seattle plant closure amid worker contract negotiations

Speaking for myself, I will never set foot in the Elysian location in Capitol Hill after this, purchase any Elysian beer, or for that matter anything Anheuser-Busch makes.
And if you personally know of any work available involving technical writing, logistics/procurement, industrial process data management, recipe scaling, or similar stuff, please let me know because a really good friend of mine is out of a job because of this union busting bullshit
Every major brewery/distillery in Canada is union.
Can you ask your friend if AB even offered a relocation to cap hill?
These fuckheads seem to think the incoming presidential dunce is going to protect the company instead of good people unionizing I'm guessing, seems pretty brazen.
Yeah, I can ask. That facility is tiny - from what I understand it only makes what is sold there? The 'investment' noted in the article is bad faith key jangling meant to distract from the relatively way bigger job loss at the actual production facility. I can't imagine there's capacity for many transfers.
