Listen, I am sex positive and that’s why this kind of thing deeply bothers me.
That’s why I really don’t like it when people joke about paladin smiting the undead by coming in them and various things.
Sex should be positive!
That being said, with the consent of everybody at the table pretty much everything is OK even though I wouldn’t do it ever.

I actually own a copy of the book of erotic fantasy that I inherited from a friend and it is sometimes silly, but absolutely 100% not this book and thank God.

- Yeah, Black Tokyo is explicitly designed to emulate horror hentai, and is not nearly as friendly as the Book of Erotic Fantasy.
- I frequently see "sex positive" (like many other terms) being used by people who either don't actually know what it means or just don't care to defend juvenile stupid shit. Like almost everything NSFW that was posted on r/dndmemes as part of the protest effort against the API changes. Yes, I supported doing it as a protest measure, but any attempt to act like 99% of the content involved was anything resembling intelligent and independently worthy of being considered "art" beyond the strictest definition of the word was obvious bullshit. No, your image of a goblin being repeatedly raped as punishment for picking your pockets is nothing but base fetish porn, and describing your character defeating enemies by growing their dong to be a forty foot long spear and fucking them in half is, at best juvenile jackassery and maybe funny exactly once for about ten seconds. Any attempt to suggest either is legitimate and healthy entertainment worthy of repitition, emulation, and propagation is an indication that you are either twelve years old, inclined to be a sex offender, or possibly both.
  
  Hello! This is a really interesting comment, but I’m not entirely certain what it was about in regards to my comment.
  I never said anything about being cool with Rape Memes and didn’t even bring up the protest. I was very upset at a lot of the non-consensual stuff especially the women being chained in bathrooms blindfolded that I saw three different art in three different memes.
  And you’re making a really interesting point about things that should be emulated.
  That’s not my job to tell people how to live their life outside of ethical constraints, which I’m totally OK with telling people to live in.
