Ukrainian soldier Heorhii ‘Gosha’ Roshka is one of a staggering number of Ukraine's new amputees from the war. He lost his arm at the Azovstal steel plant siege and has travelled to Maryland in the US to be treated for his injuries.
i'm pro-ukraine here, and fuck a buncha russia, but "ukraine war" is sufficient to describe what's happening. it's a russian invasion of ukraine since 2014, (i'm not an expert) at least until recent incursions by ukraine into russia. it's also just a stupid steaming pile of rancid onion shit in a russian fantasy.

You see, when you say 'Ukraine war', it often means Ukraine STARTED the war. The aggressor does not mention in this phrase. So, such combination of words, unfortunately, forms pro-russian position in mind by default.
Russian-Ukrainian war sounds better. Russian invasion in Ukraine sounds even more better.
