    If you are holding a consumable at the end of a round, destroy a random consumable and gain Mult equal to double its selling price.

    Probably too wordy to be an actual joker, but I'm trying to go for the flavor of letting the unused consumables "rot" naturally rather than cleaning them out by using or selling them.
