Will you pass proportional representation? So that governments actually have to win 51% of the vote in order to pass legislation?

No, because majority governments in my opinion have too much power. I like proportional representation partly because it tends to result in more minority governments, and thus better representation for a larger portion of the population. This is one of the reasons I prefer Mixed Member Proportional over things like Single Transferable Vote. The later leading to majority governments means that I disfavor it, but would still take it over FPTP.
