Musk PAC tells Philadelphia judge the $1 million sweepstakes winners are not chosen by chance
A lawyer for Elon Musk’s political action committee says the so-called “winners” of his $1 million-a-day swing-state voter sweepstakes are not chosen by chance.
Did he run this by his lawyer? Or any lawyer? Maybe his dog?
This is called fraud. Also, the fact that the winners were not chosen randomly is not a defense. Since the general public was led to believe they had a chance to win, the contest would still influence the voting the same way whether the winner is random or not.
