I never see the upper half either. Game just spins like it's in a tornado.

I know there's a fix but cmon...
- I think my favorite thing about heavily modded Skyrim is that the "fix" for this in that scenario is "stay as far away from this buggy mess as possible and just use an alternative start mod."
  
  Yeah I just never went back. I bought it on release, played the shit out of it. Like 100 hours. Years later i picked up a 2080 ti and wanted to use some texture packs and okay through again. Made it maybe 30 mins in trying to figure out the problem and just uninstalled. One day...
- There's no fix because it's not a bug, it's a feature! It just works!
