I don't understand, us territories like PR can't vote.
are they cheerleading voters in US States?
I've never seen West side story, so maybe I don't understand the context.
- if they move to the mainland, they can vote and there is a HUGE Puerto Rican population in several of the swing states. they are encouraging the PR who are on the mainland to vote but I sure hope the rest of the population is listening too.
