Good spots downtown for a weekday lunch?

I have been on the hunt recently for a good lunch spot near downtown to drop by during a lunch break. Ideally it's quick and won't break the bank. Any suggestions?

My goto recently has been Transfer co food hall although that can get a bit pricey.
