KDE Plasma 6.2.1, Bugfix Release for October

Today KDE releases a bugfix update to KDE Plasma 6.

Apparently this update has significantly increased the time for my desktop to load and show. I see the a black screen with the KDE logo for approximately 10 seconds. Before, this time was negligible. It occurs on all my systems.

Edit: nevermind, today's update fixed it.
How do you upgrade to this in Debian?
- You'll probably have to wait a couple of years for stable to catch up or you could try sid and see if that has it.
  
  maybe even decades
- If you already have kde and want to update/upgrade
  
  sudo apt-get update && upgrade
  
  that installs 6.2?
