Memeable yes. But it's dangerous to think of them as clowns. There are two great coalitions of psychotic political/military forces and they might do WW3. China/Russia/N.Korea vs NATO is not a pleasant-sounding conflict.
- I don't see anything clown-like in Putin. He's an ex-KGB psychopath dictator mass-murderer who might cause the apocalypse. You just want memes. This stuff is deadly serious. I'll laugh when someone makes an actual joke. But Putin is no clown.

Putin should NOT have publicly met Lil Kim. It makes him seem like a beggar, a vassal potentate paying homage to Best Korea's Living God.
