I was looking for some right before I dyed it, but never could find one I liked. Honestly it'd probably be work looking again.
Nyx has a two layer dark blue with a glossy top layer that is gorgeous. Actually, three of my four blue lipsticks are Nyx. I've got a bright blue matte butter gloss for when my hair is faded and a pencil lipstick with an ocean witchy blue-green shade for when I'm fading through to shade to sky blue. Kat Von D has a gorgeous matte dark blue that would look great with your hair. I bet the KVD and the Nyx pencil would match your hair well if you put them over a thin layer of black.
