U.S. Rep. Mike Lawler said he was sorry after the New York Times obtained photos of him wearing blackface about two decades ago at a college Halloween costume party where he dressed as Michael Jackson.

personally, if I was a party operative, fixer, or machine boss, I would go ahead and find out if there could possibly be any photo of a prospective candidate in blackface. and if it was possible, I would deny them access to the ticket.

The nepo babies and other elites in their ivory towers are terrible people, it's not really surprising. They can't fix the symptom without fixing the problem (ie getting rid of themselves and their racist, murderous, hideous system) lol

Lawler was trying to do Thriller-era MJ, which was before the vitiligo/lupus really started to hit him hard.
I'd say that politicians seem to be have a much higher than average chance to have done black face, but i think its just a cracker thing

all Lawler needs to do is say the picture was leaked by Iran and NYT will immediately apologize, retract the story, and fire some low-level staff
