    No officials from any of the companies would comment, however, an unnamed source said "Well, those clowns in the Senate mentioned about us having to pay for an outage, and we all know that's going to happen sometime, so it's a perfect excuse to jack prices up straight away. We're gonna get huge bonuses this year!".
