Hopefully it's like Judgement Day where it's inevitable and simply delayed from the original First Contact Day of April 5th 2063

There is still time.
There will always be time.
Besides, Star Trek Timelines aren't exactly known for being consistent or accurate.
- Star Trek time is stretchy
- The Vulcan Science Directorate has determined that time travel is impossible.

- It wasn't meant to be a playbook to be "improved" upon!

Of which show?
- Voyager. One of my favorites of that series. They get stuck in the gravity well of a planet where time moves much faster. The Doctor goes down for a short time and spends several years on the planet.
- Enterprise, obviously....
  
  Enterprise only ran for four seasons.
