Norway, one of the world's largest oil exporters, now has more electric cars on its roads than petrol-driven ones.

What? If you tax the thing you don’t want and use the money to subside the thing you rather want people will change their habit due to financial insentive?!?? Who could have seen that coming?
norways sovereign wealth fund has around 300k per citizen so i would hope so!!
