I watched the incredulous dipshit go to Springfield to interview people- and I think his purpose was to encourage the cat-eating story. Since, given an undeserving degree of generosity, it's at the very least anecdotal bullshit- I choose to believe that IF cats are disappearing from the streets, I'm thinking maybe Haitians are taking cats off the streets as pets and giving them good homes instead. Which is a much more sane explanation.
