International hunt for man who threw hot coffee on baby

Australian police are working with their international counterparts to locate a man they believe fled the country after pouring boiling coffee on a baby in Brisbane.

The random attack - which occurred last month and has shocked the nation - left the nine-month-old boy with “serious burns” to his face and limbs.

Queensland Police have issued an arrest warrant for a 33-year-old wanted over acts intending to cause grievous bodily harm, a charge which carries a possible life sentence.

- In the commotion nobody's brain would parse "that guy just threw coffee on a baby" because that's not something you immediately consider
- Dude is crazy enough to throw coffee on a baby. You want to wrestle with him? You know if he's carrying any weapons?
It's my local park. Normally kids everywhere. After this attack, mostly dog walkers, cyclists and runners. This MF certainly changed the local demographics, at least for the time being.

In my experience, babies prefer iced coffee. In a cup or bottle with a nipple.
The 70 pixels that form the face of the guy in the picture, that's worthless info if the authorities already have a name. I say that because the image only tells me, well the guy is probably not European or Hispanic. He could be Filipino, Vietnamese, Indian, Chinese, Japanese. Could also be anyone with a good silicone mask. A frigging piece of paper with a good copy of someone's face could have been used to make this exact image.
