Oh look, the government’s number one priority is once again criminalizing free speech. I’m sure the free speech crowd will be here any second to give them some choice words…

  EDIT: Since reading about this, I've changed my mind. Finding better ways to means test a relatively wealthy generation is not a bad idea.
