Wait until you hear about Final Fantasy numbering
- The moment you find out that Final doesn't really mean final
- Which is your favourite 2 or 4
- laughs and cries in European
No one tell him about Earthbound.

It's not wrong. The first game from the gameboy, Final Fantasy Adventure, was technically a spin-off from the Final Fantasy series, and then became its own franchise after that with the much more fleshed out Secret of Mana and the following "Secret of Mana 2" (Seiken Densetsu 3), which didn't make it out of Japan unfortunately (fan translated roms did exist though).

  Well, yes. But no new ones (I assume). I think there's also a remake for it now but I personally hate the 3D remakes with a passion.
