Had to submit two speech topic proposals for this class
The ecological importance of squirrels
Wage theft

You’re going to be stuck with the first one, sorry
The professor seems vaguely radical so I'm curious to see. Trick is, both are Marxism.
edit: lmao
Remember with both, to also include a preview of your exact main points within your thesis statement. I would argue that you could more easily and confidently build a case of relevancy to your audience for Topic Option 2. Be sure to emphasize (even just briefly) that wage theft can impact everyone in your audience.
just say the professor never mentioned that the squirrels have to be real squirrels, you can easily make it into communist animal farm but with squirrels
I met a family of squirrels once
They just kept asking me "Are you nuts?"
Is the first one going to be a video montage of you shooting outdoor cats
And strangling geese in the park but that's not related to the squirrels. The first rule of public speaking is establish dominance. Show you're the craziest person in the room and killing means nothing to you. Fight an audience member.
