Shouldn't the last guy who's thrown out of the window be the one carrying the correct message of fixing it ASAP?
- Is this a case of the German stereotype getting the joke wrong?
You put the wrong people out the window in the meme.
- I did it both ways, but I wanted to post the more positive version.
  
  But the negative one actually makes sense.
  
  But the point of the meme is that the reasonable opinion gets thrown out the window so that just the worst people are left in the company.
  
  With that in mind and the context you posted it, the first doesn't make sense but the second does.
  
  Edit: okay it makes sense if the first is how you want them to act in a perfect world.
  
  So your artistic process is just to exhaust a given space of all possible permutations and allow memespace to ignore the shitty ones and amplify the good ones?
- Definitely a template issue. If the focus is the legal action being wrong, yet used, it should be the meme template where the guy becomes employee of the month instead of getting the YEET of the month
