Company agrees to let case go to trial despite earlier claiming terms of free subscription trial invalidated lawsuit
They waived their right to arbitration in this case, but they still claim the defense is valid and since now it's waived the judge can't rule on it in this case. So they will be able to use it in other cases that get less media coverage.
They didn’t want to risk it being permanently invalidated I guess?
