Does NATO formally enter the war and invade russia? If not, how do you force russia to pay reparations for ukraine?

Chooses to? The title makes it sound as if AFU is consciously choosing not to win. What, are they being playful or something?
he means in the context of "liberating crimea and Donbass" , he is saying they can't do it without taking considerable amount of losses and even if they manage to it will be total destruction.
Except those won't result in "defeating Russia". So I still fail to see why it needed to be phrased this way
