Are there just more Africans applying? Theres a lot of people in Africa
- Yeah, we have to be mindful of misleading statistics.
- Yeah it says they are issuing “more than ever before” percentage is just a misleading statistic
- US State Department insists it has in fact granted more visas in aggregate to African students than ever before.

  Weird, I didn't realize the Nazis ran the entire League of Nations the very same year they were established and long before they ran Germany. That's quite the unusual rise to power.
