Orca Balloon at Torchlight Parade by Holland America Line

We've had Macy's parade balloons here before, and we expect them there every year. Anywhere else, giant balloons are a welcome surprise. For a brief minute, some lucky Seattle residents could look out their window and watch a whale pass by. We need more moments like that.
