It does work... and it is wonderful. The sky is the limit with them too, as far as add ons. If you're fan of bbq, I strongly suggest mixing some leftover pulled pork, and a bit of bbq sauce into the mac before putting it on the bread and grilling it.

Hey, I got nothing against fork-and-knife sandwiches. It's a glorious mess albeit still a mess.
This reminds me of a burger I tried with Mac & cheese on it. It was delicious.
