Other than the double negative on that one question, I don't really see what makes this survey "crappy"? Pretty standard stuff.

They had a freeform for why we're satisfied, but nothing about why we're dissatisfied. A bit disappointing.

That field is adjusted based on your response on the first page. If you responded to "How satisfied are you with Firefox?" with "Dissatisfied", the freeform asks why you are dissatisfied.
But glad you're satisfied! 😄

Why is it 19 and up to participate? I usually see 18 and up.

Some laws in some regions define adults as 19, not 18. I guess they just blanketed everyone under one age limit (I'm assuming [so they could]
tohide your location from the survey).

These are too general and subjective questions and I think deeper surveys are needed.
