fridge/cooler slideout (recommendations please)

Hey, I'm just wondering if any of you have built your own cooler slideout for your vehicle's cargo area or could recommend some good plans to go by.

Use heavy duty quality slideouts with proper bearings in the rails. Spend money on quality. The rest can be cheap. I upcycled old furniture.
