Looks like it could have been staged to me. They claimed there was smoke from the bleachers. Hopefully they release the caliber so a gun model and round can be assumed, and we can check how much those smoke.
At least two confirmed dead:

Dang. Sad those innocent people had to be the ones killed.

Well that clears it up for me! There's just no way Trump would risk himself like that. This was real.
My first thought. The blood splatter looked inconsistent with the wound. I guess we will find out soon
Idk about splatter, but how is it that, with all the people behind and around him, not a single one was struck by any of those missed shots? This improbable scene will generate unprecedented donations, as well as armed crackpots who will be going on vendettas.
The whole thing smacks of theatrics.
I'm hearing reporting that there is at least 1 attendee seriously injured or killed. This is still very recent, we don't have details yet.
