They had a freeform for why we're satisfied, but nothing about why we're dissatisfied. A bit disappointing.

That field is adjusted based on your response on the first page. If you responded to "How satisfied are you with Firefox?" with "Dissatisfied", the freeform asks why you are dissatisfied.

Haha, I'd enter something like "I'm satisfied with x, despite <the things you're dissatisfied about>".
