His "outrage" is meaningless. He's actively aiding and abetting.
US credibility is taking a hit on the global stage.
As for Biden, I can really see why this issue is hurting his campaign in the US. As well as supporting genocide it just makes him sound super insincere and duplicitous.
They dont give a shit how Biden feels or what he thinks is.
Because his entire political career he's been running around telling anyone that will listen that absolutely nothing would ever make him support Israel any less.
It's an abusive relationship, and we're all like the kids stuck in the house with no say on our living situation
I'm not sure how much has been given to Israel in total the last few years but I think it was about 3.8Bn in 2020 and a package of 14.1Bn in February divided as follows:
About $14.1 billion in the bill would go to support Israel and U.S. military operations in the region. About $4 billion would go to boost Israel’s air defenses, with another $1.2 billion for Iron Beam, a laser weapons system designed to intercept and destroy missiles. There’s also about $2.5 billion to support U.S. military operations in the region.
Listen, Israel is trying to commit genocide and Biden is an incompetent old piece of shit because of how he has handled this, but that's no reason to claim we directly gave them 18Bn in money when we didn't, it just makes us look stupid. Factual correctness is important if we want to stand a chance in debates.
